Dr. Meghna Thacker is a dedicated and compassionate Naturopathic Physician, deeply passionate about empowering women through every stage of their lives. With a strong foundation in integrative and functional medicine, she specializes in understanding the pivotal role hormones play in a woman’s physical, emotional, and mental well-being. From puberty and fertility to menopause and beyond, Dr. Thacker helps women navigate hormonal changes with clarity, confidence, and care.

She is the Founder of Feel Your Best Self Naturopathic Medicine and is licensed to practice in the state of Arizona. Known for her warm bedside manner, she takes time to truly listen to her patients, working to uncover and address the root causes of their health concerns through personalized, holistic care.

Dr. Thacker is an Amazon best-selling author of Seven Steps to Heal Your Thyroid, a protocol born from her own journey with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and hypothyroidism. Her clinical expertise is grounded in both personal experience and evidence-based medicine. She also offers her own line of professional-grade nutritional supplements, manufactured in the U.S. & third party tested, to support optimal wellness.

Her educational background includes a Doctorate from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona, and a Bachelor’s in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery from Mumbai, India. She is a lifelong learner who stays on the cutting edge of medical advancements, constantly evolving her approach to offer the best possible care.

Dr. Thacker is also a sought-after inspirational speaker and educator. She has been featured on Sonoran Living (ABC15) & Fox News Channel.
Grateful for the guidance of mentors like Dr. Gino Tutera, founder of SottoPelle Therapy, and Dr. Thomas Kruzel, founder of Rockwood Natural Medicine Clinic, Dr. Thacker continues to carry their wisdom into her own work.

Outside of her professional life, she cherishes time with her husband and two sons. She enjoys traveling, dancing, hiking & outdoor activities, reading spiritual & self-help books. She believes that hobbies are food for the soul and essential to a balanced, joyful life.

Dr. Mona Zade is a passionate and highly trained naturopathic doctor who’s redefining the path to optimal health. With dual degrees, a Doctorate from Sonoran University of Health Sciences and an Honours Business degree with a Medical Science minor from York University in Toronto. She blends the precision of science with the art of natural healing.

Dr. Zade specializes in gastrointestinal and metabolic health, hormone and peptide therapies, autoimmune conditions, aesthetics, hair restoration, and acupuncture. She’s especially passionate about helping both men and women feel their best through personalized hormone therapy. Her mission is to uncover the root causes of health concerns and activate the body’s natural healing potential.
